When I was a little girl after the second world war, I had not babies to dress, but I already knitted.

To day, I am a granny and I buy for me babies in order to clothe them.
Every baby I buy, is like a "Christmas Gift", and I enjoy knitting all the pretty clothes I can find.
sixty years later, I am always the little girl I was after the war...

I love everything about this photograph! First, the background is fabulous and really frames your work well. Next, the outfit is knitted superbly and in such wonderful colors! Lastly, the baby doll is precious--are you sure he isn't real? :) I would love to know what type of doll he is. Thank you for sharing!
