As mentioned before I
have received a lot of beautiful yarn in thin Merino wool from Sandnesgarn.
They suggested me to try it for my doll clothes. So why not try this yarn this time. It is soft and have lovely colors.
First, I knitted a little dress in white with pattern
The skirt has beige spots. The edge is knitted in a beige rib and is not as wide as the rest of the dress. Lovely?
I have knitted short sleeves and done the decreases in the round. With blue and beige as contrast colors, I think our doll Sophia looked very nice in this dress
Now I thought our doll Sophia needed a warm jacket together with these clothes
Lovely warm tights I knitted in white. Very nice to the dress. It has a rib round the waist and it has a chord through the buttonholes
Then our doll Sophia got nice shoes, high on the legs and buttoned along the outside of the leg. Warm to wear!
As I know that many of your do not like to have to sew the sleeves to the jacket I have knitted the decreases in the round
The main color for the jacket is blue and the stripes are knitted alternatively in beige and blue
After I had finished a cap ...
... sto fit the jacket ...
... I thought our doll Sophia had a beautiful and complete garment for February
I hope you will enjoy
knitting these clothes for your doll!
